How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Gonnaroads Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Gonnaroads Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work at your home goes badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Be aware that Gonnaroads Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@gonnaroads.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
